need help getting a ps emulator to work

i tried using the stickied topic, and i think i followed all the directions correctly. when ever i try to run it, all i get is an error saying d3dx9_26.dll is not found.

i do have the bios file, the one we are no not mention.


so what am i doing wrong? i have around 90 psx disc and a broken psx, so i haven't played them in awhile, and would like to.

hey i know one thing that is a file the epsxe is needs to run... one of them, just enter that file name in a search engine and there should be someplace where you can download it... but this epsxe is so fucking confusing.. i wish it was like project 64 or somthin

oh just in the folder where you have all the other .dll's and stuff
