Hi,I'm new to this emulation gaming thing and wanted to ask about arcade emulation.My question is,how do I go about playing arcade games with a emulator?I always wanted to play those 90's arcade games like "Micheal
Jackson Moon Walker","Captain America and The Avengers" "Spider-Man" by Sega etc...Do I just have to download the emulator and then the games seprate?And which emulator is best for arcade games?Oh,and does downloading a arcade emulator take alot of space(like in memory wise)?

It depends. Some games can be as small as 100 KB and as big as 150-200 MB.
