anyone know where i can find a lag emulator to make my computer think its downloading a huge file

Do you mean a bandwidth controller or soemthing? If so, get DU Super Controller. I must tell you it's not free and will be over within 15 or 30 days.

i was thinkin like a program that lets you set your computers lag so that i could get a high ping in a game for a few minutes, tryin somthing

That still doesn't answer the basic question i'm asking.
Or at least I can't find the answer there.

Like... Does someone want to make it lag so that when someone tries to get on their computer they can't do anything beacuse it's lagging so much.
