chankast.25 utility pack

hmmm , ok i solved tha prob with tha chankast.2a pack,
but i herd there was one for chanka.25.

i found sum places where they have them, but tha links to tha downloads r dead.

in tha rules i red "do not request roms" and i dunno if this counts as "roms", so im wondering if anyone can help me get tha utilities.
