watching movies that are on the games

about a year ago i had run across a program that allowed you to watch the movies that was on my final fantasy games for ps1 i have been unable to find it again and was wondering if anyone knew of it or where to find it and also if there was one for ps2 games by any chance thanks

I use PSXMC, it can handle images, sounds, music, and videos.

You can find it on Zophar's site in the PSX utilities section, along with a host of other useful applications
