I need help on how to turn on the blood red on all metal slug (Im using mame 32).
Someone already told me to put on the bios on jap version. I already did that but it only stopped my emulator from running. Can anyone help me?

check in the cheats one of the metal slug games you can change the blood to whatever color you want

Or play it in arcade mode.
