Howdy there! (Sorry.. But my english is not good but I try.. )

I`m searching for a Sega Genesis game i played when i was younger..
I just cant remember the name!

You control a kind of flying angel and shooting enemies with blue bullets/balls..
The angel can collect power ups like rapid fire and other things..
When the angel dies, it loosing its wings and fall down and out of the screen with a scream..
I think one of the enemies was a turtle..

Sorry again about my poor english..
But i hope some one can help me..
