Q about sound and Hi-res OOT

I am using project 64 and the sound is crappy.
Thats the my rpoblem currently.
The sound like slows down with little beeps.
Is this because of project 64 or the game itself(AKA crappy torrent?)?.

And I want to get te Hi resolution version of Zelda:Ocarina of time,but it seems as if the FTp download link at *SNIPPED!*(i thinks that is the website or something like that) is not working.
Is there anywhere I can get it?
