How do you make a .ELF file?

hi i know theres a lot of people saying there are no working ps2 emulators
but i have one and i have been well informed that it works.
(By the way I am just going by what I have been told not what I belive)

And unlike my epsxe (for psx) that runs iso files wich i know how i make,
the ps2 emu's i have tryed all ask for .ELF files

What's the difference between iso's and .elf and how do i make a .elf file?
It would be much appreciated if somone could help me.

There are NO working PS2 emus, whatever your info says. AFAIK .elf files are for GameCube emulators.
