He wants to be a lamer and make his online games lag so he has an unfair advantage.
If you suck that bad at games, maybe you should find a new hobby/interest.

i dont use it to kill other people in a game i go to speciied rooms for it
it helps me get in walls and get on roofs to show off
do u know what a standby button is on ur modem it has the smae affect as taht
