Still not any fully working XBOX emulators for PC?

Or? I search for xbox pc emulators and i only find sites updated before 2004... so is there any emulator that runs most games? I own Street Fighter - Anniversary Edition, and would really like to play it on my pc..

I already got one
But the thing is that i want to play it on my computer with my 360 gamepad... SF:AC isnt compatible with 360 yet, if it ever will be..
