New to softmoding how do i play xbox isos?

hey i just softmoded my xbox yesterday and last night ive been downloading isos and they just finished. how do i play the isos on my xbox? i transfered the iso once it was done to the softmoded xbox but i dont know how to play it or start it. thanks cartman2192
