Saving on Project64

when i play games on project64 and push F5 or click System > Save and i next open Project64 after the computer has been off, and i click System > Restore or F7 it hasnt loaded where i last clicked save! Often about an hour behind where i last saved! This is the same when i click save in the actual game. is there anyway of stopping this happening? Thank you!

Make sure you're using the same slot for loading what you saved before

it saves to default. is that correct!?

I think it should be, but I'd try "Save as" to make sure which file is being saved/loaded

so if i save on current save state > slot 1 (for example) would that save successfully and how would i load it? just simply click 'restore' as usual? Thanks for your information! Ben

You first need first set "Current Save State" to the slot you prefer, either to load or save
