rage on the psx pc pad?

any way I have a qeastion to those who know bout pc pads that has dualshock...can it do that in the psx emu?epsxe ofcourse...but where do I put the pad plugins?

ePSXe can't use gamepad plugins, you need to config it on Config -> Gamepad -> Pad 1
