Ok, me and my firend wana link up to play shining soul 2 across the

LAN feature of the vba, so i open a game server or he does, whoever opens the server types in the ip the server says and they connect, now the person on a different computer types in the ip that the server 1000000 times says but gets

Error code: 1104

Wev tried both of us alternating opening servers and trying to connect,
wev tried both of us having our firewalls down, and wev tried chaning the mili seconds thing up and down

help?
