help with a playstation emulator

i was JW if i need anything extra to be able to play playstation games on my computer(like special equipment i need to buy, besides a videocard and extra RAM) and if i can use an emulator could someone explain to me how to install and configure everything because im very confused, thank you in advance

could someone where tell me where i put the BIOS file? ive dowloaded everything needed but i dont know what to do with the BIOS file?

Well downloading a bios is illegal but ill assume that you mean youve downloaded the emulator. Which Emulator? epsxe and i believe pcsx has a bios folder just drop the dumped bin file there.
