i'm testing girigiri emulator but the codes of this game doesn't work

i put some codes like this
Master Code F6000924 FFFF
Max HP 16032040 0257
Max MP 36032042 0063
and tick the 3 ones i went to the saturn cheater and open the .cue file but the codes doesn't work why?

is it right? help please
