i downloaded ePSXe and a bunch of plugins but whenever i try to configure it, i get an error saying my i dont have scph1001.bin but i already downloaded that. all the stuff is in one folder. what am i doing wrong?

scph1001.bin, it is supposed to be in the "BIOS" folder.

where exactly is the bios folder, i cant find it
never mind i found it and m,anaged to config it all out
