I have a nes disc that I can play on my dreamcast now that a friend gave me. I was wondering if there is a way to make a N64 disc

Does anyone have a link to a step by step guide to burning the disk once I have the emulator? Is there any difference in a rom whether it was mean't for a PC emulator or a dreamcast

AFAIK it's discontinued and won't run commercial games
