NullDC: Chankast got a rival

So this new emulator is supposed to be presented at MadriDC, an spanish DreamCast convention. Looks really promising although still mostly WIP.

-A debug console for SH4 and Arm7 (great tool and very well done)
-Plug-ins
-KOS app run 100% ok and very fast (great compatibility)
-Sound not working (WIP)
-Open source
-BIOS screen emulation
...

The NullDC dev team, ZeZu & drk||Raziel, previously worked on the unreleased and now officially dead Icarus, another DC emulator, and it's also noticeable they are from the same country than the Chankast team. Unfortunately that project is probably dead too.
