some emulators can play some parts of some games. we are talking a half of a slice of the pie here. so in lamens terms. no not yet. sorry

PCSX2 can run some games but only a few FPS speed, so are unplayable

Ya PCSX2 was the only one I had bookmarked for a long time. I think it's a long time before we see playable games at full speed.

It'll take another 2 years at least before it reaches ePSXe compatability with PSOne.
I hate half of you...especially the dumb ones.
