SNES HELP!!!! PLEASE

Hello,

So...when I download SNES ROMS on my Mac (perhaps thats the problem) it freezes on the title screen and will not respond, and thus i cannot play any games. When i try and open them, it says "Some of the files needed to save are missing".

WHAT IS GOING ON???? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP SO I CAN PLAY MY SNES GAMES.

1. What emulator are you using?
2. Have you tried using another SNES emulator?
3. Are you having the same problem with other SNES emulators?

SNES 9x...something like that?

ive tried to get other ones, but i have a mac, so the selection is limited.

I think Snes9x is the only working SNES emulator out there. I think I read something once about Zsnes using code not compatible with the Mac or something (please correct me if I'm wrong). Just download the emu, load the ROM (search for it on Google) and play.

Yeah, some ASM code on ZSNES makes it hardly portable to non-x86 architecture, so as alco said SNES9x is prolly the only chance
