    Default Cant figure out MAME32

    I just am now getting into emulation and such,and I want to play WrestleFest,which I recently downloaded. I have MAME32 and cant figure out how to work it. Ive tried for 2 hours and just cant get it, Please if anyone could help,step by step,Id appreciate it. Thanks
