nbut when i run pspe.exe i only get small window with a blue background

PSPE cannot run commercial games AFAIK.
I hate half of you...especially the dumb ones.
Some of you are on my blacklist and so shall be any asswife that tries to prove he's worth anything.

thanx alot man is there any emu that is capable of running commercial games i really would like to test this game before i buy it for my PSP,if its as good as on PS it will rock
