Exclamation Controller Plugins or Smart Joy problems

I'm trying to use the PSX joypad with USB. I use Smartjoy for that. I installed the drivers for it succesfully. I also installed controller plugins, but I don't know where to configurate them.

    Help would be appreciated.

There should be a mention of your joypad at the control panel in WinXP.

No there isn't, so that means the Drivers for it are not succesfully installed? If yes, then I don't get it because I have WXP...

    EDIT:
I saw my WXP does not meet the requirements somehow for 'Windows Logo-test'... What do I have to do?

Smartjoy is normally for snes. But it may have a psx version that I'm not aware of. At any rate they don't need drivers. They use hid drivers with xp. When you put one of these hid devices in the usb port. you will see it under human interface devices under device manager. Look there, and if you see a yellow ! on it then the driver is bad. Delete it and reboot. If you get it dont correctly like alcoatjez said youwill see it in the joystick utility. Its listed as 4 axis 16 button I think.

The "Windows logo test" doesn't usually matter. Just proceed with the installation. Ans yes, most PSX pad adapters if not all don't need drivers, mostly are needed to enable force feedback (Dual Shock rumble feature)

It says it has been succesfully installed. But shouldn't I have to configure something in Epsxe itself?

EDIT: It works now I had to input all buttons at the Control Pad menu.
