Transferring PSX games to PC?

I want to transfer my PSX games onto PC to play on a PSX emulator, currently i am using the 'emulator: AdriPSX ILE Edition' How do i transfer the data so i can play the game WITHOUT the disc?

And use better and up to date emulator such as ePSXe, PSXeven or SSSPSX

Ok, i'm using epsxe now, i've got the iso image, bios, and neccessary plugins, but when i try loading the iso image it maximises the image but its just a black messed up screen, with the 2 errors 'missing render-texture extensions' and 'no pixel format available' how to i fix these problems? Thanks

You need to config the plugins, this time the GPU. You're probably using Pete's OGL2, use D3D or OGL instead. Btw it would be good to check this thread, as it's more appropiate for your current problem (not transfering PSX games to PC now)
