Emulator-Zone's Loading Speed.

Is something wrong with the server where Emulator-Zone is hosted or is it just me, because this site loads too slow and the downloads are terrible. I remember that I have downloaded Jnes last night at 3 KB/s.

EZ is one of the fastest loading sites I surf.

25 of the most popular downloads are hosted on another server because they
were using up to much bandwidth on the main EZ server. That server is located
in Hong Kong, which means download speeds are not as fast as the main server.

However, right now on top of the location issue, that server is having SEVERE
packet loss issues. I've already contacted my provider about that, but they say
they have to wait for their upstream providers to fix it, which might not happen
until Monday...

The work around is easy fortunately: for those 25 most popular downloads a
"mirror" link is shown right after the main download link. If you use that instead
of the main link, you'll download of the main server which should be extremely fast.

Edit:
Nevermind, I've disabled the download mirroring for now, which means ALL speed
issues should GONE. For now at least -- download mirrors will be turned back on
on Monday, by which time the mirror server problems should be fixed...
