Please Help. KGen98 question

Thanks for responding, I just downloaded the kgen98 emmulator, but when i open it to get in I have no idea how to get past the main page screen.
I know this sounds primitive, but how do I load a game rom, and proceed to games. do I use a floppy or ????. I cant get past the main screen with all the options, will you please tell me how to get a game to start, and how to use ROM. Thank you. (going crazy over this)

Why do you use such an old emulator? Use GENS or Kega instead.
