In some ways. Most on-board chipset are not fully compatible with the games. I had a SiS 630/730 and when I switchet to ATI Radeon 9200 SE, the graphics' quality changed, totally.

Well, if you are using Project64, you should see plugins and core notes that tells you if the game is compatible. If WWE No Mercy is compatible, then you can play it, even having problems with your SiS card.

well, you need a pretty well card to play any 64 game
No Mercy(the reason i have a 64 emulator) plays pretty well, but don't be suprised if it doesnt work
