How to emulаte Resident Evil:Outbreak File 2 for PS2 to run on PC

Hi, I stuck with Outbreak File #2 .I've EPSXe v.1.6.0 Pro with all Bios and Plugins and i try to run the game on my pc and nothing happended.The file of the game is ISO.What i need to do or configurate ePSXe emulator to run the game.PLEASE HELP MEEE OUT!!!!!
I'll apriciate any help thanks.

obviously, you can't run a ps2 game on a ps1 emulator.
