The best program i could reccomand to you is Windows Movie Maker. But go for one of the old version's, because you can freely adjust how big you want the file to be. Of course this will in the end effect the overall sound quality. The best setting is usually about 56kb sec if you want to have small files. If you want smaller, go for 50kb a sec, but i wouldnt go any lower.
