Slight Problem With FCE Ultra (Nes Emulator)

I'm not sure if if the problem I'm having is due to FCE Ultra or something else, but lots of my Nes roms won't load unless I open them by going through FCE Ultra's menu. I've changed the icon and the program to open my Nes roms to FCE Ultra, which is saved in my C: drive. I have two different folders where my Nes roms are stored in; Nes roms to keep and Nes roms. I'm going through all of my Nes roms. Anyways, when I double click on any rom in my "Nes roms to keep" folder, they all open fine. But when I double click on any of my Nes roms stored in my "Nes roms" folder, FCE Ultra can't load them because it says it cannot load a dll file. The dll file is different for every Nes rom. But I can load them by going through FCE Ultra's menu. Does anyone know the solution to this problem. It would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks.

Nope, never been through that far. Seemed okay to my PC.
