    Default FCE NES Game Saving

    I've tried to save Tecmo Super Bowl season by going to save state and saving the file. When I go to open the file, it is invalid. Can anyone please advice me of how to best save games in FCENES? I appreciate the help.

    Is there a folder to hold your saved states?
