help with ePSXe graphic card

i downloaded graphic card's for ePSXe but they won't work will someone help me?

There is no graphic card but GPU plugin I doubt. Put it on plugin folder. Plus, you need to configure your GPU, SPU and CD as well as BIOS if you all the things you need in order to let ePSXe works.
