Nope, different at all. Only that version had some minor bugs on some NeoGeo games and crash on different OS. Only works on Win XP SP 2.

That's if you want to play CDs.

The roms will work on any version of windows; I have it running on win95. It uses the MAME romsets, so just tell Nebula to use your MAME roms.

Whenever i run the nebula exe windows give me an error message and shuts it down. I'm running XP SP2. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

It's supposed to work on XP SP2 ... I don't use XP (banned in this house) .. so I can't help you any further.
