What is a PFF Patcher? Is it nessery ?

what do this PPF-Patcher und how can i use it?

i have search on this board but i havent found no information

PPF is a patch, similar to IPS

Its used ot patch a rom, you'd usually use it to patch a japanese rom to make it english, such as Seiken Densetsu (or Secret of Mana for the non-japanese inclined.)

I'm sure this is full of mistakes and crappy info so anyone else can correct me.
