    Default IS THERE ANY EMULATOR TO PLAY STREET FIGHTER 3 ?

    Is CPS3 emulated in any way...?
    Are there any CPS3 emulators...? (even in the 1st stage form...)

    I hate half of you...especially the dumb ones.
    Some of you are on my blacklist and so shall be any asswife that tries to prove he's worth anything.

    No, and it won't be emulated anytime soon. Encryption it's not the only problem but also developers are not motivated to do so
