I can&#39;t get DSL or I&#39;d switch, and as far as I know, Charter holds a monopoly out here in the midwest, and no one else is avilable

I tried dealing with my ISP about it.. out of their hands, not on their network... ok, thats why you send all your customers through it then ? fuck I bet ATT is the ISP&#39;s ISP.

e-mail att.. ooo only way to handle it is newsgroups, or live chat (need att account... hah&#33 so much for fucking e-mail support
