ePSXe Force Feed back need some minor help

Ok I'm using the Saitek P2500 Rumble force controller its nice works great Playing FF7 right now thanks (i know FF7 dosent have Rumble)

Ok I want to know how to get the Force Feedback to work in ePSXe I see where I would configur it in the Game pad thing but want am i suppose to do I see the big motor small motor thing and open the menu and there are 3 options Constant-none-Sine what would be the best pick?

To make it work you only need to care about the "Type" combo box, and select your Gamepad ID there. The other two are a matter of taste, Constant or Sine, off course
