You have to use an ISO creator software. CloneCD used to be popular but I heard it was taken off due to legal issues. The other software is Alchohol 120: http://www.download.com/Alcohol-120-...-10158124.html
CloneCD is still alive since they moved from Elby to SlySoft, because of the legal problems you told before. It's still regulary updated.
Anyway, I strongly recommend CDRWin, although might look harder to use, it's strongly reliable to make CUE-BIN ISOS whitout /add/deform anything to the actual image. Please use it with the real ASPI, either Adaptec's or ForceASPI nice shell
