    Are there Game Genie codes for Sega CD games?? Because I cannot find any for
    Shining Force CD and Popful Mail.

    I play these games using Gens.

    Gens Hacking Version actually supports PAR code creation and it's been claimed that they work on emulators (just not the real Sega CD)
