how to load mds, mdf

i downloaded the game one pice, and there are 2 files:
one .mds and one .mdf
somebody knows how to load the game?
i got psxeven!
is the game a fake?

Install Daemon Tools, then mount the image. You should load the .mds control file, as the image itself it's the .mdf . This is the native Alcochol120% burning software format
