I think it might be bit torrent program but i'm not sure...
its not (though that might be one of its features). its an open source P2P with a GUI.

dc++ is a good program but most hubs require you to have so much for others to donwload like a 10 gig limit for example. if you do use dc++ id say keep your files space to a minumum so you dont draw attention to yourself
