if your IP is banned on a forum so you cannot register a new account what can you do to reverse that

If your IP was banned for something that you did there is no point in going back as they will probably ban you again.

If on the other hand you happen to have a similar IP with somebody else that got banned you should try contacting the administrator of the site by email.

You should try using a proxy server to temporary bypass the ban so you can contact them.
