no$gba emulator problem

Hello,
my friend and i, are trying to play a game with the no$gba emulator multiplayer emulator, and when we do the cable thing, there's a fatal error or the emulator just close alone... I know that we need to make some configuration in the option.. i did that before and it worked, but it was long time ago and i dont remember the configurations... can someone tell me plzz.... thx...

i don't use the no$gba but why don't you try using the vba? it's far superior.
