Too little info. But I doubt that you are using ePSXe as that title is PS game. But what plugins that you used for that game.

What did you mean? You mean previously it has sounds?

im using epsxe version 1.5.2

my sound plugin is Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41

and yes when i first played the game on it there were voices but then it stopped
coming

Make sure XA sound it's enabled on ePSXe, also try peops SPU. Some games need special fixes, like XA SPU IRQ hack, just enable it from the plugins.

is this the file P.E.Op.S. DSound Audio Driver 1.9
because this is the only P.E.Op.S. sound plugin i can find and it doesn't work

also which parts of the game have voices
I might have gotten this mixed up with another game

Please note that not all games are 100% playable in usual as it hoped on a real PS consoles.

Instead, try to use the latest version of ePSXe, PSXeven or even perhaps SSSPSX. Hope all of these will solve your problem.
