ff9 running QUICK

hey y'all. First up, props for the mazing site. I'm glad that now 5 years after first having used this wonderful piece of software, i'm still able to find suitable support and help for it.

I'm using ePSXe 1.6, using the ntsc bios, Pete's oGL 1.76, spuEternal 1.41.

I've finally managed to get ff9 to run *thank fuck*, however right from the starting movie thing everything's speeded up. Both movie AND sound, running together too quickly. During gameplay, the only pauses are for when I press X. oterhwise everything's EXTREMELY fast. and during the first fight, the music sucks coz it's so fast, and everything's generally speeded up...

any ideas? sorry if tehre's precedence to this, i couldn't spot it in any of the topic titles in this forum....

thx for the pointer. The fps limit was set to 200... too high
