making chapters on a dvd

i DL south park season 9 and wanted to
first convert them ( i have the programs to convert them to dvd, mpg1/2 )
then burn them to a dvd which will start with u bein able to seclect which one u want to watch e.g. 901 or 902/3/4
is there any programs to help me do this

Just burn them to a dvd and in the dvd player you can probably select which episode you want to watch.
