Project 64 Error setup (details inside)

ok i downloaded it perfectly but when i double click it to setup it says "error reading setup initialzation file". what is that?

The file might be corrupt. Where did you download it?

Yeah i know, it works for me too. Maybe he has an old Internet Browser.
