Can this emulator play isos in full screen and can it save states like Visual Boy Advance?

Sure it does. To run an ISO, simply click on Load ISO or mount the ISO into any virtual device like Daemon Tools. To save/load state, press F1 to save and F3 to load.

when you config the emulator, the screen with the video plugin, configure that part and you can choose screen resolution and full screen, etc.

When I save a game with this emulator, and turn it off. Then resume it later, it says that the memory card contains no data. What the?

    What games had you played?

BTW, you can save state by hitting

    F1 for save state
F2 for moving from slot 1-5
    F3 for load saved state

Note : This mode can be done on any Pete's and P.E.Op.S GPU plugins only.

Memory cart files on ePSXe (.mcr by default), are placed on the "memcards" subfolder of ePSXe. Save states on the "sstates" one
